Login Name & Password
Do NOT share your user name with anyone.
IP addresses are recorded and I know who has permission to access the Member's Area.
Lifetime membership is the lifetime of the site, not mine or yours.
Please display your members logo within 7 days upon joining.
Sigtags
When making sigtags, you may use tubes from Sharing Pixels.
You must not offer blank sig tags in any msn/yahoo group or website.
Sigtags must be creative ie... two or more tubes in a tag... Just adding text is NOT acceptable.
All sigtags must have proper credits and a clickable link back to www.sharingpixels.com
You MAY offer the sigtag for free or for a fee.
Websets
By downloading Websets you are agreeing that at no time they be cut up/mixed or sold without my written permission.
They are to stay intact at ALL times.
The credits MUST remain with the set.
You may not offer them to your friends, they are welcome to join Sharing Pixels.
Lineart
You may not offer the Outlines "as is" in a free or members area.
Please leave the file names intact.
You may NOT change pixels and claim the Lineart as your own.
(This is considered stealing)
With a "tube license" you MAY colour and offer the tube for free or for a fee in a members area.
If you do not hold a license, you may use the lineart for your personal use only.
You may NOT make tutorials from the Lineart.
I hold the copyright to the original and credit MUST be given back to me when using anything from here.
*Purchased As Is Lineart
This Lineart is only for end use only.
You MAY NOT sell "As Is" or place in a members or free area As Is.
They may NOT be shared or passed around, through such groups as msn, yahoo, forums etc.
I have purchased these As Is Lineart for your use only.
Please respect these Terms.
Tube License holders - you MAY make sigtags, tubes, premades, backgrounds,
websets, stationary, banners.
However you may NOT offer uncoloured Lineart in it's original form.
Please give credit back to Sharing Pixels when using the Lineart.
You MUST display your tube license on a membership page within 7 days of joining with a link back to my site. (If you have a site)
You MAY make tube sets from the lineart and offer them for download in your members area
ONLY if you hold a tube license.
My logo MUST be displayed on a membership page when displaying the tubes.
Tubes
Tubes may NOT be downloaded to be resold. This is a NO NO.
Tubes are to be only used for such graphics like, signature tags, websets, stationary, banners or toppers.
You MUST be creative with the tubes. Adding text and selling is NOT acceptable.
You MAY NOT offer any tube or lineart on CD for resale. Do NOT share tubes in snag groups. Please do not Alter Tubes in any way.
Your membership will be terminated if you are caught abusing these terms.
Purchaseware AS IS Lineart.
You MUST give me credit on every page you display the As Is Lineart
using an active link or logo provided.
You may NOT alter the lineart, no exceptions.
You can NOT claim the Lineart as your own.
I hold the copyright at ALL times.
You may NOT resell the AS IS Lineart uncoloured at any time.
As Is Lineart MUST NOT be passed around on any group or website.
